Based in Berlin, Germany, Lisa Leitner is a German-American visual artist working with a variety of traditional and digital media. She is inspired by the instinct to make and capture special moments with her camera, exploring different landscapes and environments.
Leitner holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Maryland Institute College of Art (2022) and a Master of Art in Teaching (2023). She graduated Summa Cum Laude with her BFA, with a major in General Fine Arts and a dual minor in Sustainability & Social Practice and Book Arts. Leitner has worked as an art educator in different places including: Artworks Fine Arts Studio; Baltimore Polytechnic Institute; Baltimore Design School; Baltimore Lab School; St. Andrew’s Episcopal School, in Potomac, MD; and Carl-Schurz Grundschule in Spandau, GE.
